I've just started using this pill so have a limited experience. This med helps me fall asleep promptly on a regular basis. For that i give it a good score. However it does little when it comes to keeping he asleep. Four hours later I was up and awake. Now, I'm happy I got a solid four hours, which is an improvement. I was hoping that it would have a little longer effect. Therefore, a decent but not perfect score.

Contains L-Theanine and Valerian Root, which is a good thing. I thought I read somewhere that it didn't cause drowsiness, and I was curious about that, but can't find that info now. Standard size bottle. The Capsules are Vegetarian, Gluten Free, and Non GMO. The capsules are about the size/length of a Quarter and decent size diameter, for those wondering. Serving size is One Capsule, and the bottle contains 60 capsules, so that's a huge plus. At least with One Bottle, you get to try it out for Two Months. As for taste, you don't chew them/just swallow, but they have a bad taste when you put them in your mouth. So.... I'm going to try them and see how it goes. For the price of $26.99 for 60 capsules, it's worth a shot. This bottle came well protected from tampering with shrink wrapping and a cap seal. The gelcaps were odor free and tasteless, which made them quite easy to take. This is a great one gelcap a day dose for a multivitamin that also contains COQ10. Finally a multivitamin vitamin that delivers everything I need in one pill and also has many other benefits. This is a great start for a daily supplement and I highly recommend it.
